Adam Soper is a composer-performer based in the Northeast of England.
He works in improvised guitar practices augmented with electronics. Soper’s practice treats improvisation as a tool for searching for occluded knowledge, as well as viewing improvisation as a binding agent that can be used to explore and attach diverse musical styles together.
